Healthy glowing skin is every woman’s dream. However, there are many suffering from skin allergies or do not have the skin of their dream. How can one keep their skin protected? There is no definite answer to this question. However, below there are some tips you can adapt to keep your skin healthy.
Hydrating from Inside Out:
As we have learned it in schools that almost 70 percent of our body is composed of water. To keep your skin glowing naturally, aim to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Carry a water bottle with you and when you get bored with water replace it with intake of un-caffeinated beverages. But remember nothing can work as water any other drinks! The proper intake of water will help your body to flush out toxins quickly leaving the glowing skin. In addition to this, you need to hydrate your body from outside as well. Cleanse your face two times daily with cold water because warm water opens your pores allowing bacteria and dirt to enter them.
Moisturize:
As cleansing is important to your skin so as moisturizing is. Using a face wash or scrub sometimes takes away essential moisture from your skin. Using daily moisturizer is a simple way to eliminate it. Pick a moisturizer with active ingredients such as salicylic acid or benzoyl that helps in avoiding skin breakouts.
Exfoliation:
Exfoliation is as important as cleansing and moisturizing your skin. Because exfoliating skin decreases flakiness and patchiness that is caused due to dead skin. Through exfoliation, the dead skin is removed and pores have reduced that aids in avoiding acne and breakout issues. In addition to this when the dead skin is removed it allows other skin care products to absorb in skin easily.
Use of Hypoallergenic Makeup Brands:
Not every makeup suits everyone; this kind of condition is a real pain for any women. No matter how long you have been using same makeup items. It can even leave your skin red, itchy and irritated even after years of usage. These kinds of allergies cannot be avoided as easily as the food allergy. Knowing what ingredient of the makeup item is causing your allergy is not that easy. Therefore, many makeup brands are developing products for hypersensitive skin or skin safe products. This is the easiest solution to keep your skin safe from makeup allergy.
Protect Yourself From Sun:
Ultraviolet sun rays can be one reason for your damaging skin. They can cause age spots, tan, fine lines, and wrinkles. Therefore, it is important to take sun protection seriously. Select a sunscreen with SPF at least 15. Apply sunscreen every time you go out in sun or swimming. In addition, avoid going out in sun between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this is the time sun rays are at its strongest. Try to wear hats, sunglasses or carry an umbrella to avoid direct contact with sunlight.
